Refund Policy
Effective May 25, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and other purchases made through BifröstIndex, operated by Bifrost Index LLC.
Payments for BifröstIndex are processed by Paddle, which acts as our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Refund requests may therefore be handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s applicable policies and buyer protections.
This Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or through Paddle’s subscription management tools.
Cancellation prevents future renewals. Your access will continue through the end of your current billing period unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refund Eligibility
Unless required by applicable law or Paddle policy, purchases are generally non-refundable.
However, consumers in certain jurisdictions may have statutory rights to withdraw from digital service purchases and receive a refund within a specified period after purchase or renewal.
Where applicable law or Paddle policy provides greater refund rights, those rights will apply.
Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Technical Issues
If you experience a material technical issue that prevents reasonable use of the Service, please contact us at jamie@bifrostindex.ai.
If the issue cannot be resolved, refund requests may be reviewed in accordance with applicable law and Paddle policies.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please use one of the following methods:
- the “Manage subscription” or “View receipt” links provided in your purchase email;
- Paddle’s support tools or billing portal; or
- contact us at jamie@bifrostindex.ai.
Refund requests should be submitted promptly after the relevant charge.
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Please contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service while the matter is reviewed.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time.
The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.
